To Anonymous

Dear Anonymous,

I have no idea who you are or why you felt you needed to personally attack me on my family blog. I also don't know why you came looking for me. I know you must know something about me because you googled my name with the agency I work for and that is how you found my blog.

I have only worked for the agency for 3 years. I understand that the case you are speaking of, was worked in 2002, THREE years prior to my even beginning work with the agency. I only know about this case due to the public website dedicated to the innocence of the alleged offender. And I only learned about it ONE YEAR AGO.

To be honest, the only things I know about this case are what is posted on that very public website. I did not work for this agency then, I was NOT involved in the case IN ANY CAPACITY, I was NOT IN THE COURTROOM, I did NOT testify, let alone LIE about anything, because I was still in college, not even working in this field then.

Also, I will be the first to tell you that the system is flawed. And I am sorry that you feel like these children were mis-treated by the system. If they were, I am as upset as you are, but it's not something that I can help, or change because I was not around then.

I would really like to know who you are and why you think that I was involved in this case and somehow responsibile for what happened in this case. Please send me a private e mail if you are willing to discuss this in a more civil way.

Also, I would also ask that you please refrain from posting hateful comments on my blog, but if you continue to do that I will continue to delete them.

I am best friends with Ashten, renamed Amy at age 10. I go to school with her. Her life is miserable thanks to the wonderful work of your agencies. I know your name used to be Brandy Bruce and I know you investigated her case. Yes I found your blog with her help. I thought you just might be interested in hearing some truth and I have not posted anything but the truth. Ashten loves her real family and blood is thicker than water. No court system will ever change that.
