Well, I'm pregnant. Yes, you heard me right, we're expecting again. Jordan is going to be a big sister in 8 short months! I found out this past week that we were going to be parents again! To say we were shocked and surprised is an understatement! We were in no way planning this pregnancy. In fact, we had planned on having a 2nd child around 2010.
I found out on Wednesday. In the next few days we proceeded to tell our family and close friends. I'm about 5 weeks along according to my calculations. I am making my first doctors appointment on Monday, so we'll see what they say. I should be due around November 12th.
It's overwhelming to think that we'll have a 2 year old and an infant in 8 months. We're pretty much over the shock and have moved into the excitment stage, which is good I guess. But we're still scared and overwhelmed at the thought!
On the day I found out, I already had plans to visit with Jessica at her house after work. I wasn't planning on telling her, but the conversation turned to those we knew who had babies, were having babies, etc... so I just went ahead and told her. She was shocked as well! I called my best friend Ashley on Friday and told her the news...and I am not entirely sure what her reaction was, but I think she was surprised as well! I wanted to wait and tell her in person, as we are traveling down to see them this coming week, but I just couldn't wait that long! I think I've managed to tell all of my closest friends, at least I hope I have, because here I am broadcasting it to the world!
I am still waiting to hear about the job possibility that I asked you all to pray for last week. I want it even more now that I know I'll have two kiddos!
I have a feeling we're having another girl. Don't ask me why, I just do. But, if we have a boy, his name will be Alex Monroe Foshe. We're still mulling over girl names, but we're leaning towards Taylor. We don't plan to have any more after this, no matter the gender.
Anyway, I just wanted to share the news with you all.
