Hello--

Hello--

Yes, I am actually writing a post. A post that is not about blog headers. Sorry, I've been pretty busy with those lately and haven't really had time to do much else.

But, here's the latest news.

--I have applied for a different job. I had an interview on Wednesday and I should hear something this coming week. It's a job I really want and it would give me a lot more time at home with Jordan. But, if I don't get it, I am okay. This job has pretty much consumed my every thought since November. In the last week I have gone back and forth in my head about all the pros and cons and well, I prayed for peace and now I am just okay with whatever happens.

--I have started back on Weight Watchers. Yes, I know you have heard this before, but this time I have a completely different attitude and BJ is doing it with me and that is really helping me. We've been on it all week and I've lost 4lbs. BJ has lost 5lbs. Just tonight, we made these yummy weight watchers chimichangas for only 5 points. All week I've stayed well within my points and have not eaten anything bad. I've been pretty good about drinking my 64ozs of water most days. I walked one night after work (which I am doing every night starting Tuesday--Monday is a Holiday).

--Jordan is NOT sick. LOL. She has a runny nose that so far has just remained that. She is talking more and more everyday. Here are some of the things that she is saying:

Mama & Dada of course
Car
Dog
Bo-our dog
ZoZo-our other dog, Zoe
Gaba--which we think is G'ma
Baby--which she says AMAZINGLY clear
Bye Bye--also very clear
Hot
Cold & Burr
Shhh (which she puts her finger to her lips and does the whole thing)
Purple
Yellow
Cook--"cookie"
Crack--"cracker"
Bru--Brewster-g'mas dog
BOO--she says this when she's trying to scare you
Nose
all gone
gone
ball
bath
No No
...and probably a lot more I can't think of right now.

She makes the following animal sounds:
dog--"whoof whoof"
Kitty-"meow"
Monkey-"who who who" with the arm motions
Bear--GRRRRR
Cow- "mooo"

She knows where the following body parts are and will show you when you ask her:
eye
nose
mouth
tongue
teeth
ear
hair
hands
feet
toes

Aside from all that, she is doing some more really cute stuff! She does this thing that looks like she is steering a car--but I think she is dancing. She also moves her arms like she is swimming--she covers her mouth when she coughs. She puts her arms up in the air and says "whooo." She tickles you when you tell her to tickle.

Okay, so what else can I bore you with? Hmmm....how about some pictures?!

Jordan got this cardboard playhouse for Christmas and it is by far her favorite toy!! She RUNS through it and carries stuff into it, she pretty much loves it!!

Here she is with her daddy practicing her "cheerleading" stunts. She does really well and let's him do all sorts of scary things with her!

My favorite word is "crack"! That is hysterical! I love "cook" too! Her playhouse is adorable- my mom and dad made those for me all the time out of fridge' boxes they would find. Jordan is so lucky to have B.J. as a daddy! I mean, seriously, how many girls can say they had a Razorback cheerleader for a dad!!! : ) I think that is awesome!!! Especially since he can do back flips!!

How fun- she is VERY coordinated to be able to stand like that in BJ's hands! It was good to see a pic of her, she is adorable!

Ok, I tried to comment and it messed up (hopefully it won't post it twice). She is becoming quite the little talker, I'm impressed! I had no idea that B.J. was a cheerleader! I'm amazed that Jordan can balance herself while he holds her like that! Wow!

Your little girl is too cute! Love all the words she is saying.

I hope all goes well with the new job. You are right in praying for "Peace". That is what we all need from Him - everying else will fall into place.

That is so awesome that Jordan can say that much! It is so much fun to hear them say new things and try to figure out what they mean. Good Luck with your job and diet!!!

Way to go on the Weight Watchers!! My mom was a WW leader for years and loved the program. She has a whole large three-ring binder full of recipes. Even though I've never done WW, I love the food!! Good stuff...especially since it's about a healthy lifestyle more than a diet. Keep it up! :)
