My little girl, Kayla, is 5 months old. She is a great traveler. If you want to test him, take a short trip to Branson one day/weekend. Just from that short trip, you should have a good idea of what you will need for a longer trip. He looks older than her, so he may need more to distract him (toys, snacks, etc.). Hope this helps!
