Another thing....

So now, I have a blogspot, a MySpace, and now a Facebook. I think there are two kinds of people in the world, myspacers and facebookers. I am not a facebooker. I hate facebook. It is not user friendly and the "profile" pages are all the same, no one's is original. And it's just not as "fun" as MySpace.

Yuckiness....

I've posted a few times before when Jordan was sick and had an ear infection. We're on like ear infection #4 or 5 now. Today we went to the doctor and she has a double ear infection. We're trying antibiotic #6. This one will run for 20 days. If at the end of the 20 days her infection is still there or if it is gone and quickly returns, we will go to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor, in order to possibly get tubes put in her ears. The doc is pretty sure her allergies is the underlying cause of the infections, paired with the commonality of ear infections in children due to small natural tubes and the position they tend to be in in infancy and children. BJ had the same issues as a child, he has severe allergies and had tubes in his ears. He also has asthma. So, that could come into play who knows. Anyway, we'll know in about a month if the tubes will be pursued. It does require anesthesia which is always risky, but it is a quick proceedure, 10-15 minutes and is very routine. I'll keep you posted. In other news, she's crawling a lot more! Though, still not a ton...she prefers to walk...scale things. She's so precious! I'm totally impartial you know.

Jordan's Scrapbook...

So, I've been saying since Jordan was born that I was going to scrapbook her baby book, mainly her first year. I have been collecting things and taking lots of pictures in preparation for this. I have never scrapbooked in my life. I don't know what I was thinking. I went to hobby lobby a few weeks ago and stood wide eyed at all of the stuff and the prices! I had nothing. Which meant in addition to the paper, embellishments, and other things required, I'd need pens, stamps, punches, sissors, etc... Things I would probably never use again. I bought a few things, came home and realized I would proabbly never follow through with my plan. I then had a brilliant idea! I could just pay someone to do it for me! Someone who was already a scrapbooker and had many of the staples of scrapbooking, someone who is good at it and has good taste! It just so happens I know someone like that! My friend Jessica is quite crafty and quite good at it. She and I have come to an agreement and she will be making the scrapbook for me! I'm so excited! We went and got many many fun things last weekend and here are a few pictures!
